The HHPAV-548 is a 57 to 66 GHz Power Amplifier that can be used for point to point radios, radar transmitters and WiGig development. This amplifier provides a P1dB of 21 dBm, small signal gain of 30 dB and a noise figure under 5.5 dB. It requires a 6 V DC supply and draws 850 mA of current. The amplifier is available in a package with WR-15 waveguide interface and UG-385/U flange.
