The NW0240-31 from I2R Nanowave is a is a three stage, GaN high power amplifier that operates from 2 to 40 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of more than 30 dBm and a power gain of 26 dB. The amplifier provides more than 10 dB harmonic suppression and 15 dB intermodulation product suppression when operating at an output power of 30 dBm. It is available in custom form-factors for integration into customer platforms and is ideal for military, space and electronic warfare applications.
