The BGA535N6 from Infineon Technologies is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 1164 to 1615 MHz. It provides a gain of 15.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.2 dB. This LNA is based on a broadband design that offers the best sensitivity for GNSS signals in the L1, L2, and L5 bands. It has a simplified dual-band GNSS system design with a single RF path. This amplifier operates in two modes, namely the low-power mode and the standard mode. It requires a DC supply from 1.1 to 3.3 V and consumes less than 2.4 mA of current. The BGA535N6 is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.70 x 1.10 x 0.37 mm and is ideal for wearable and industrial GNSS applications.
