The ILA1045 from Inspower is a 5G NR TDD Tx/Rx Power Amplifier Module that operates from 3.3 to 3.8 GHz. The amplifier consists of a Doherty design using LDMOS power devices and RF pre-distortion linearization technique to provide excellent efficiency and linearization characteristics. In the Tx path the amplifier delivers an output power of 10 W with a gain of over 40 dB and on the Rx path it delivers a gain of 10 dB and a noise figure of 3 dB. The amplifier requires a DC supply voltage of 28 V and consumes under 4 A of current. It provides stable performance under a wide operating temperature range and can be use for 5G NR n78 Band TR Module, Base Station, Repeater, and DAS applications. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 170 x 150 x 35 mm with SMA female connectors.
