The IGNP1011L2400 from Integra is a GaN-on-SiC power amplifier module/pallet that operates from 1030 to 1090 MHz. This power amplifier has been designed specifically for IFF/SSR systems operating under either Mode S ELM (48x {32µs on, 18µs off}, 6.4% Long Term Duty Cycle) or standard Mode S (128µs, 2% Duty Cycle) pulse conditions. It provides a peak output power of more than 2200 Watts with a gain of over 16 dB and 57% efficiency, while operating from a 50V supply voltage. This power module is ideal for L-band avionic IFF & SSR systems, uplink and downlink transponders.
