The IGNP1214M1300-GPS from Integra is a GaN L-Band Amplifier Pallet that operates from 1200 MHz to 1400 MHz. The pallet supplies a minimum of 1300 Watts of peak output power with gain of over 12 dB and efficiency 55% from a 50V supply voltage.
