The IGNP1214M1KW-GPS from Integra Technologies is a GaN-based Pulsed Power Pallet Amplifier that operates from 1.2 to 1.4 GHz. The pallet amplifier supplies a minimum of 1000 watts of peak pulsed output power with a 300µs pulse width and 10% duty cycle. It provides a power gain of over 12.51 dB with an efficiency of more than 50%. This class AB pallet amplifier contains bias sequencing and RF-activated gate biasing circuitry to simplify system integration. It is ideal for L-band radar systems.
