The LADC8G2SR from Lotus Communication System is a Flat Gain Low Noise Amplifier that operates from DC to 8 GHz. It provides a gain of 39 dB (gain flatness of ±1 dB) with a noise figure of 1.8 dB. This LNA requires a DC supply from 5.5 to 12 V and consumes 145 mA of quiescent current. It is available in a shielded RF enclosure that measures 1.50 x 0.94 x 0.49 inches and has SMA (female) connectors. The amplifier is also available with additional EMI shielding and has waterproof versions. It is ideal for mobile infrastructure, test instrumentation, and general-purpose wireless applications.
