The LNA50M500M from Lotus Communication Systems is an Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 50 to 500 MHz. It provides a gain of 23 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.2 dB and has an output P1dB of over 20 dBm. This highly linear LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current.
