The LNA50M500M from Lotus Communication Systems is an Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 50 to 500 MHz. It provides a gain of 23 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.2 dB and has an output P1dB of over 20 dBm. This highly linear LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. It is available in a shielded RF enclosure that measures 16.00 x 16.00 x 0.59 inches with SMA-female connectors. This low loss and RoHS-compliant amplifier is ideal for use in repeaters/DAS, mobile infrastructure, LTE/WCDMA/CDMA/GSM, general-purpose wireless, SDR & HAM Radio, and test instrumentation applications.
