The CMPA2738060F MACOM is a GaN HEMT Power Amplifier MMIC that operates from 2.7 to 3.8 GHz. This MMIC uses a 2-stage reactively matched amplifier design which enables very high bandwidth. It provides an output power of up to 85 watts with a power gain of over 27.4 dB and has a PAE of up to 60%. The amplifier requires a 50 V DC Supply. It is available in a screw-down package that measures 0.5 x 0.5 inches and is ideal for use in civil, and military pulsed radar amplifiers.
