The 50-ohm amplifier is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 6 x 6 mm. This Gan Power amplifier can be used by a wide range of pulsed and continuous-wave X-band phased array applications, including marine, weather surveillance and emerging unmanned aerial system radars.
