The MAAM-011169 is a CATV amplifier that has been configured as two stages of differential amplifiers for broadband performance. It delivers 46 dBmV per channel output power with 25 dB gain and is optimized for very low distortion and high linearity in a 75 ohm push-pull amplifier circuit. It provides excellent input and output return loss over the 45 to 1200 MHz bandwidth whilst delivering superior thermal performance in an industry standard 5x7 mm PQFN package. It is targeted at hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) network amplifiers and FTTP ONTs, this MMIC amplifier delivers high output power, gain and linearity with low power dissipation.
