The MAAM-011194 from MACOM is an integrated 3 stage differential amplifier that operates from 45 to 1218 MHz. It delivers an output power of 28.5 dBm with a gain of 36 dB and has a noise figure of 2.5 dB. The module has an embedded voltage variable attenuator with a 25 dB attenuation range. It provides excellent linearity & ACPR at output levels 7 dB above Cable Labs DRFI requirements. The module is available in a 5 x 7 mm PQFN package and is ideal for DOCSIS3.1 applications.
