The MAAP-010169 from MACOM is a 10 Watt two stage amplifier which operates from 2 to 6 GHz with a gain of 18 dB. This fully matched ,broadband amplifier has a input return loss of 8 dB and an output return loss of 10 dB. It requires a bias voltage of 10 V and provides 41 dBm of saturated power. The device is available in a lead free 10-lead flanged package for high volume manufacturing and is well-suited for multiple RF and microwave applications like repeater amplifiers, mobile infrastructure, air traffic control radars, weather radar, radio communication and test equipment.
