TheMAAP-010517is a high power amplifier for cellular backhaul and point to point applications. The amplifier operates from 14.5 to 15.35 GHz and has a small signal gain of 24 dB with a 42 dBm third order intercept. The MAAP-010517 is a three stage power amplifier with an integrated, temperature compensated on-chip power detector, which omits the customer&rsquos need for a complex and costly discrete or printed detector. It is packaged in a 5 x 5 mm plastic QFN package that includes on-chip ESD protection structures with DC by-pass capacitors, allowing customers easy implementation and volume assembly of the packaged parts.
