MAAP-011161

The MAAP-011161 from MACOM is a linear power amplifier that operates from 7.1 to 7.9 GHz. It provides 22 dB of gain, an IP3 of 46.5 dBm with more than 35.5 dBm of saturated power. This 2 stage amplifier MMIC is available in a package that includes on-chip ESD protection structures and DC by-pass capacitors to ease the implementation and volume assembly of the packaged part. The device has been specifically designed for use in 7 GHz point-to-point radios for cellular backhaul applications. It is available in an air cavity 7 mm surface mount package with a copper coin paddle.
