The MAAP-015036 from MACOM isa 15 W two stage GaAs MMIC power amplifier that operates from 8.5 to10.5 GHz. It has a saturated pulse output power of 42 dBm, with a gain of 17 dB and flatness of 1 dB. The amplifier requires 8 V of DC supply and is matched to 50 ohms. It is available in the form of a die in Gel pack.
