The ADM-8622PC from Marki Microwave is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 300 kHz to 10 GHz. It delivers a  small signal gain of 15 dB with a noise figure of 2.1 dB and has a saturated output power of 14 dBm. This LNA provides reverse isolation of 20 dB with excellent return loss and high dynamic range making it suitable for RF front-end applications. It can serve either as a linear signal amplifier or as a saturated driver amplifier for H- or S-diode mixers. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes 42 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 21.85 x 13.21 x 9.40 mm and has SMA (male/female) connectors. The amplifier is suitable for test and measurement equipment, radar and satellite communications, and 5G transceivers.
