MPA-26G5-40G-40 Image

The MPA-26G5-40G-40 from Maury Microwave is an RF Amplifier System that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 40 W with a gain of higher than 43 dB. The amplifier can handle up to 0 dBm of input power and has a VSWR of less than 2:1. It uses state-of-the-art GaN transistors and has integrated protection circuitry.

The amplifier is burn-in and aging tested for high reliability which includes prolonged storage under extreme temperature conditions, extended amplifier operation over the entire rated temperature range, and elongated usage at maximum power under CW and pulsed-CW conditions. This system allows users to independently measure power at the fundamental, harmonic and intermodulation frequencies using single-tone and two-tone input signals, as well as true ACPR using wideband modulated signals. It is available in an enclosure that measures 432 x 490 x 176 mm with a 2.92 mm female input connector and WR28 flange output interface.
