The MPA-6G-18G-250 from Maury Microwave is a GaN Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 250 W with a small signal gain of more than 56 dB. This amplifier is manufactured using a state-of-the-art GaN process and includes protection circuitry for safety. It is burn-in and aging tested for high reliability, which includes prolonged storage under extreme temperature conditions and extended amplifier operation over the entire rated temperature range. This power amplifier has also undergone the VNA (vector network analyser) test for power measurements at the fundamental, harmonic, and intermodulation frequencies using single-tone and two-tone input signals, as well as true ACPR using wideband modulated signals.
