The MAX2659 from Maxim Integrated is a GPS/GNSS Low-Noise Amplifier designed for GPS, Galileo, and GLONASS applications. It provides a high gain of 20.5 dB and low noise figure of 0.8 dB while operating from a 1.6 V to 3.3 V single supply. The device has a shutdown feature that reduces the supply current to less than 1 µA. It is available in a very small, lead-free, RoHS-compliant, 1.5 x 1 x 0.75 mm, 6-pin µDFN package and is ideal for automotive navigation, avionics, GPS and telematics applications.
