The MAX2686L from Maxim Integrated is a GNSS Low-Noise Amplifier with Integrated LDO (Low dropout regulator) designed for GPS L1, Galileo, and GLONASS applications. It provides a high gain of 19 dB and low noise figure of 0.88 dB while operating from a 1.6 V to 4.2 V single supply. The device has a shutdown feature that reduces the supply current to less than 20 µA. It is available in a very small, lead-free, RoHS-compliant, 0.86 x 0.86 x 0.65 mm wafer-level package and is ideal for cellular phones with GPS, digital cameras and telematics applications.
