The Cma-162LN+ is a low noise, high IP3 Amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 1.6 GHz. It has a low noise figure of 0.5 dB, provides a gain of 23 dB, a P1dB of 20 dBm and an IP3 of 30 dBm. It operates on a single 4 V supply. The amplifier has been developed using E-PHEMT technology and is available in a 3 x 3 x 1.4mm ceramic, hermetically sealed, nitrogen filled case with excellent thermal performance (-55 to 105 deg C) and class 1B HBM ESD rating (500V).
