The Cma-5043+ from Mini Circuits is a low noise, High IP3 MMIC amplifier that operates from 50 MHz to 4 GHz. It provides up to 21 dBm of power(P1dB), 33.5 dBm IP3 with a gain of 18.4 dB and 0.75 dB of noise figure. It is ideal for base station infrastructure, CATV & DBS, MMDS & wireless LAN and LTE applications. The amplifier is available in a ceramic, hermetic, nitrogen filled package which measure 3 mm x 3 mm x 1.14 mm. It has been tested to meet MIL requirements for gross leak, fine leak, thermal shock, vibration, acceleration, mechanical shock, and HTOL.
