The LVA-273PN+ from Mini-Circuits is a Distributed Amplifier MMIC that operates from 0.01 to 26.5 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 19.5 dB with an additive phase noise of -172 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset) and delivers an output P1dB of 18 dBm. This amplifier is fabricated on a GaAs HBT process technology and is ideal for use with low noise signal sources and highly sensitive transceiver signal chains for commercial, industrial, and defense applications. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 85 mA of current. The amplifier is available in a 24-lead QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is suitable for use in test and measurement equipment, 5G microwave radio, radar, signal distribution networks and electronic warfare systems.
