The MPGA-105+ is a dual matched MMIC push-pull amplifier from Mini Circuits that operates from 0.04 to 3 GHz. This amplifier hasbeen designed for use in both 50 ohm and 75 ohm systems. It has a gain of 13 to 15.9 dB, low noise figure of 1.7 to 1.9 dB and an exceptionally high IP2. The MPGA-105+ is available in a compactsurface mount package.
