The PHA-1+ from Mini Circuits is an E-PHEMT based wideband amplifier that operates from 0.05 GHz to 6 GHz . It has an ultra-high IP3 of 42 dBm, P1dB of 22 dBm, a gain of 13.5 dB and a low noise figure of 2.2 dB. The amplifier requires a 4 V supply for operation, is matched to 50 Ohms and has good input and output return loss without the need for external matching components. It is ideal for portable wireless, base station infrastructure and cellular applications. It is available in a SOT-89 package for very good thermal performance.
