The PMA2-43LN+ from Mini Circuits is a low noise amplifier that operates from 1.1 GHz to 4 GHz. It is ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications like low noise receiver front ends, LTE receivers and airborne radar applications. The amplifier provides a gain of 19.9 dB, P1dB of 19.9 dBm, has an IP3 up to 32.9 dBm and a noise figure of under 0.46 dB. The amplifier can handle an input up to 22 dBm, with excellent sensitivity at both ends of the dynamic range. It requires a single 5 V supply to operate and is available in a compact 2 x 2 mm package (Class 1A HBM ESD) which is matched to 50 Ohms at the input and output.
