The PMA3-15453+ from Mini-Circuits is a Low-Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 15 to 45 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 18.9 dB with a noise figure of 3.2 dB and has a P1dB of 17 dBm. This LNA offers a unique combination of high dynamic range and low noise figure over a very broad bandwidth making it ideal for use in a wide variety of transmitter and receiver applications. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 128 mA of current.
