The PMA3-15453+ from Mini-Circuits is a Low-Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 15 to 45 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 18.9 dB with a noise figure of 3.2 dB and has a P1dB of 17 dBm. This LNA offers a unique combination of high dynamic range and low noise figure over a very broad bandwidth making it ideal for use in a wide variety of transmitter and receiver applications. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 128 mA of current. The LNA is available in a 12-lead QFN package that measures 3.00 x 3.00 x 0.89 mm and is suitable for test and measurement, 5G mmWave, backhaul radio systems, SATCOM, radar, EW, and ECM defense system applications.
