The PMA3-34GLN+ from Mini-Circuits is a MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 10 to 30 GHz. It provides more than 18 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 2.4 dB and has a P1dB of up to 11 dBm. This LNA provides a unique combination of high gain and low noise figure over a very broad bandwidth making it ideal for use as a first stage driver amplifier in receiver applications. It has built-in bias tees and DC blocks to minimize the external component count and PCB space. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 4 V and consumes less than 112 mA of current. It is available in a surface-mount 12-lead MCLP package that measures 3.00 x 3.00 x 0.89 mm and is ideal for 5G, fixed satellite, and mobile applications.
