The Pma4-33GLN+ is a low noise dual chip MMIC amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 3 GHz. It has a low noise figure, high gain and high IP3 making it ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic range receiver applications. The amplifier is matched to 50 ohms and requires a 5 V supply to operate. It is available in a compact 4 x 4 mm surface mount package. The Pma4-33GLN+ can be used for wireless infrastructure applications, portable wireless applications, LTE, GPS and other cellular applications.
