The ZVA-18403G from Mini-Circuits is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It provides a gain of more than 38 dB with a noise figure of less than 4.8 dB and has a P1dB of 23 dBm. The amplifier features several DC-protection features against over-voltage, reverse voltage, and in-rush current that protects it from damage if mishandled during operation. It requires a single DC supply from 9 to 15 V and includes internal DC-DC conversion circuitry to maintain constant efficiency over the full input voltage range. The ZVA-18403G is available in a module with 2.92 mm (female) connectors and is suitable for applications with extremely demanding dynamic range requirements in 5G, Test and Instrumentation, SATCOM, etc.
