The 12B01A-07 from NuWave Engineering is a 10 watt CW solid state power amplifier that operates from 1.5 to 2.5 GHz. This GaN amplifier has a PAE of 30% to 50% and gain of 40 dB. It is available in a compact module that measures 3.00 x 2.00 x 0.65 inches with SMA female connectors. This amplifier is ideal for broadband RF telemetry, Unmanned Ground Vehicles, software defined radios and tactical communication systems. It has an over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range of -30 °C to +60 °C.
