The HILNA-CX from NuWaves is a low noise amplifier that operates from 5 to 10 GHz. It delivers a gain of over 35 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB and OIP3 of 21 dBm. The amplifier requires a supply of 12 V and consumes up to 170 mA of current. It is available in a ruggedized COTS module that measures 1.77 x 1.52 x 0.45 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for RF front ends, general purpose amplification, RF repeater, base station LNA and multi-signal environment amplifier applications.
