The HILNA GPS is a broadband low noise amplifier that operates from 1200 to 1600 MHz, specifically targeting the GPS L1 (1575.43 MHz) and L2 (1227.6 MHz) bands. The module delivers a gain of 32 dB with an OIP3 of 30 dBm and noise figure of less than 1 dB. It operates over a supply of 5 to 20 V dc, while consuming less than 150 mA of current. The device is available as a module that measures 3.15 x 2.50 x 1.18 inches with SMA female connectors.
Though the HILNA GPS is specified for operation from 1200 to 1600 MHz, it can be used up to 2000 MHz with over 28 dB of gain. The product is targeted at GPS systems needing an LNA and other applications like RF front ends, low noise transmit driver and base station LNA applications.
