The L60T01 from Nuwaves is an L & S-Band Power Amplifier that delivers 60 watts of RF power from 960 to 1390 MHz to extend the operational range of airborne telemetry links and transmitters. It can handle an RF input power of 0 dBm (1 mW) and provides 48 dB of gain for continuous wave (CW) and near-constant-envelope waveforms. The device is available in a module that measures 4.50 x 3.50 x 0.61 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for RF telemetry, tactical communication systems, and electronic warfare systems. The amplifier has over-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C (baseplate).
