The NW-PA-C-20-R01 is a solid-state power amplifier that operates from 4.4 to 4.9 GHz. It delivers more than 20 watts of RF power with an efficiency of 25% and a gain of up to 48 dB. The PA requires a supply voltage of 27 to 32 V DC and consumes up to 3.6 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 4.5 x 3.5 x 0.61 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for RF communication systems, RF telemetry, software defined radios and unmanned aircraft systems applications. The amplifier has over-voltage and reverse-voltage protection and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40 C to +60 C.
