The NW-BA-C-10-RX03 from NuWaves is a C-Band Solid State Bidirectional Amplifier module that operates from 4.4 to 5.1 GHz. The BDA has an auto-sense transmit/receive (T/R) control, with an extremely fast T/R mode switch time of under 2 uS. In Tx mode, it provides an output power of up to 10 watts with a gain of 12 dB and power efficiency of 20%. In Rx mode, it provides a gain of 10 dB with a noise figure of 3 dB.
It is available in a module that measures 3.57 x 2.57 x 0.50 inches with SMA female, right angle connectors and is ideal for broadband RF telemetry, software-defined radios, Unmanned Aircraft systems and communication systems.
