The NPA4010-DE from Nxbeam is a Power Amplifier MMIC that operates in the V-band from 47 to 52 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 3.5 W with a linear gain of 24 dB and a PAE of 23%. This amplifier has been developed on a 0.15um GaN HEMT on SiC process and has an RF input and output match to 50 Ohms with DC blocking capacitors for easy system integration and fully passivated for reliable operation. It is available as a bare die that measures 2.850 x 1.450 x 0.075 mm and is ideal for use in V-band satellite communications, 5G infrastructure, and point-to-point/multipoint digital radios.
