The BGA2800 from NXP is a silicon monolithic MMIC wideband amplifier that operates from 250 MHz to 2150 MHz. It provides a gain of up to 21.7 dB and saturated output power of 3 dBm with a noise figure of 4 dB at 950 MHz. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V while consuming 10.5 mA of current. It is available in a 6-pin SOT363 plastic SMD package and is ideal for LNB IF amplifiers and general purpose low noise wideband amplifiers.
