The HS8443-61 from Onmicro is a Hybrid Multimode Multiband Power Amplifier Module (PAM) that supports CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and LTE 3G/4G bands. It consists of 3G/4G PA blocks for low, high & mid-bands and a Multi-Function Control (MFC) block. The PAM has RF input/output ports internally matched to 50 ohms to reduce the number of external components required and a CMOS integrated circuit that uses standard MIPI controls to provide the internal MFC interface and operation. It has 2 Tx/Rx ports and 14 outputs. The dual low band RF inputs support separate transceiver outputs or interstage filtering. It has MIPI programmable bias modes that optimize the best efficiency / linearity trade-off for 3G and 4G. This amplifier is available in an LGA package that measures 4.00 x 6.80 x 0.83 mm.
