The OM9902-11 from OnMicro Corporation is a Phase 5N Power Amplifier Module (PAM) that supports CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and 3G/4G LTE/5G bands. It consists of 3G/4G PA blocks for low, high & mid-bands and a Multi-Function Control (MFC) block. The PAM has 2 Tx/Rx ports with the RF inputs capable of supporting separate transceiver outputs or interstage filtering. It is fully programmable via a standard Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI).
The OM9902-11 has RF input/output ports internally matched to 50 ohms to reduce the number of external components required. It is available in an LGA package that measures 4.00 x 6.80 x 0.75 mm and can be use in 3G/4G/5G NR handsets.
