The 5225 from Ophir RF is a solid state, broadband high power rf amplifier which operates from 80 MHz to 1000 MHz. It provides up to 200 W of power(saturated), a gain of 54 dB with a flatness of 2.5 dB. It has harmonics of -20 dBc, spurious of -60 dBc and requires 180 to 240 V of AC supply.
