The Model 5229 is a 2000 Watt broadband amplifier that operates from 80 to 1000 MHz. It utilizes Class A/AB linear power amplifiers. This solid state linear amplifier has a small signal gain of 71 dB, gain flatness of 4 dB and a P1dB of 1600 Watts up to 500 MHz, 1200 Watts from 501 to 1000 MHz.
