The 5256 from Ophir RF is a linear power GaN Amplifier that operates from 0.8 to 2.5 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 400 Watts, an IP3 of 60 dBm and a gain of over 56 dB. It can accept CW, AM, FM, PM and Pulse signals. The amplifier requires a single phase AC Voltage of 180 - 264 VAC and is available in a rack mount package with N Type and 7/16 DIN connectors.
