The PE15A4003 is a braodband power amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It provides an IP3 of 42 dBm, P1dB of 33 dBm, a gain of 30 dB and a noise figure of 5 dB. The amplifier requires a 12 V DC supply and is available in a connectorized module with Sma connectors. It can be used in electronic warfare, radar systems, wireless infrastructure, SATCOM, military and space applications.
