The P300W2-20CP from Polarity is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It delivers an output power of 300 W with a small signal gain of 62 dB and has a power-added efficiency (PAE) of up to 34%. This SSPA integrates an internal driver amplifier and incorporates high-efficiency GaN MMICs, spatially combined in a compact structure to achieve robust, high-performance power amplification. It also features a convection fan for thermal management. The SSPA can be controlled via RS485, ethernet, and a touch screen user interface. It is available in an EIA compatible 3U height rack-mountable chassis with an N-type (female) connector and also has an option for waveguide output. The amplifier is ideal for radar, EW, communications, test & measurement, and EMI testing applications. It requires an AC supply of 208-250 V at 47-63 Hz.
