The P400W2-6CP from Polarity is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It delivers an output power of 400 W with a small signal gain of up to 62 dB and a nominal power gain of 54 dB. The amplifier uses high-efficiency GaN MMICs with a wide input range AC-DC power supply, fan-forced convective thermal management, and an internal driver amplifier. It has a built-in PPG or external trigger and a touch-screen user interface. The P400W2-6CP is available in an EIA-compatible rack-mountable chassis or hub mount enclosure with SMA-female and N-type coaxial connectors. It includes side/rear intake exhaust convection cooling and is ideal for test & measurement, communications, EMI testing, and radar applications.
The amplifier requires an AC supply of 208-250 V, 47-63 Hz, and consumes under 14 A of current.
