The PmT-XLNA-10.9-11.7 from Princeton Microwave Technology is an X-Band Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 10.9 to 11.7 GHz. It provides more than 45 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1 dB and P1dB of 15 dBm. The LNA requires a single DC supply of 5 - 30 V, consumes less than 100 mA of current, and features onboard sequencing and internal voltage regulation. The amplifier is available in a hermetic nickel module that measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 2.4 inches and has a WR-75 waveguide interface at the input and an SMA connector at the output.
