The CMD158P3 is a medium power amplifier that operates from 6 to 14 GHz and delivers 20 dB of gain with 20 dBm of saturated power while requiring a 5 V supply with a current draw of 95 ma. The input and output ports are DC blocked, and the amplifier does not require any off-chip tuning components. It is housed in a Pb-free 3 x 3 mm QFN package.
